Additive Manufacturing (AM), or 3D printing, revolutionises the production of complex, high-value customised products, offering vast potential, impact, and opportunity for Australian industry.
The Additive Manufacturing Cooperative Research Centre (AMCRC) is an industry-led collaborative research funding organisation that brings together​ Australia's research community and ambitious companies to establish a world-class AM ecosystem spanning the entire value chain. As a result, industry will be able to accelerate innovation, explore new business models, harness new sustainable materials and certify production. This will support the widespread industrial adoption of AM technologies, contributing significantly to enhanced productivity, resource conservation, and future resilience, whilst bolstering a skilled and expanded workforce.
