Program 5 exists to support Australia’s major employer group; Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), in understanding the fundamental building blocks of innovation and providing on-going support in applying these principles in their businesses.
The AMCRC is helping to increase the innovation effectiveness of SMEs within the manufacturing sector through the delivery of its innovation-management training program Innovativity.
SME’s and researchers within the AMCRC program are trained on world-class innovation management. One of our program objectives is for participants to actively practice innovation management on all AMCRC research projects with the aim of becoming future innovation leaders in the Australian manufacturing industry.
